If you ask me - our case law is slowly becoming a laughing stock. It seems so. as if it only comes to that exploit subtle lawyers for the paragraphs to distinguish itself in the end. The aggrieved citizen remains on track, whether it is a homeless , the brutal young men trampled to death or was an old woman who was during an operation disinfected with lemon juice.
